Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict these fees.

Shipping Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Koii Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
